JEFFREY HALE: I'm attorney Jeff Hale. I've been with the firm since it was started in 2004. I practice mainly OVI or DUI or DWI, as it's known in some states. Geographically, my main focus is Hamilton County, Butler County, Warren County, and Claremont County. I got into OVI law because it's something that can happen to the everyday Joe. And that's what I am. What sets me apart from other attorneys is the time and the effort that I've put into learning these laws, to learning how to defend these laws. I don't just go into the courtroom and grandstand, saying this is the law, this is the law. I've taken the time and the effort and the money to learn what the other side knows. I've taken classes to learn how to perform field sobriety tests so that when you perform them on the roadside and I have the officer on the stand, I can question him about how he performed those tests on you. And I can bring out all the information to show the court, to show the judge, to show a jury that he didn't perform those right. And those should not be considered as evidence.
