Work Hard, Fight Smart, Get Results

If you have been charged with a crime — drug possession, domestic violence, sexual assault or any other serious offense — the government wants you to submit. Prosecutors want you to take whatever plea agreement they offer. The government has gotten used to dictating the terms of your life. Don't let them. If you value your freedom and your future, you can not afford not to fight.

We will fight for you.

A Trusted Team Approach

Our criminal defense firm was originally started by Adam Boyd Bleile, a Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky criminal defense lawyer with more than decade of experience. Recently the firm joined forces with Schmalz and Hale, adding criminal defense attorney Anna Schmalz and DUI defense lawyer Jeffrey Steven Hale to the practice. Clients have an advantage with us because we always work as a team. You have at least two attorneys handling your case, playing off their different experiences, gender and age to positively influence your results.

We are experienced criminal defense attorneys handling serious cases in Ohio and Kentucky. We will work hard and fight smart to protect your rights and obtain real results. If you need a lawyer you can trust to answer your questions honestly, to act in your best interests and to fight for your rights, contact us now. Help is available 24 hours a day.

About Our Legal Philosophy and Experience

We started our careers as typical Middle Americans who realized that the government was becoming more and more intrusive in our lives. In our criminal defense practice, we repeatedly saw people who had been unfairly treated by the criminal justice system. We watched state and federal prosecutors charge people with crimes that were out of proportion to the circumstances. We watched police departments and federal agencies overreach their authority in order to search clients or obtain unfair confessions so they can arrest and convict. The truth did not matter, only the conviction mattered to these government agents and police.

It has only gotten worse. Through the use of computers and the Internet, the government is reaching further into our lives, violating our privacy and curtailing our freedom under the guise of keeping us safe. Government agencies like Social Services tear families apart under the guise of making families better. Investigators seem to routinely manipulate supposed confessions using pressure and deception to trick individuals into giving up their rights.

If you are facing serious charges, such as domestic violence assault, child sexual abuse or drug trafficking, you need a powerful defender who knows the law and the system. Let us put our experience and dedication to producing results to work for you today. Using some of the latest technologies, we will prepare a strong defense for you that is designed to effectively challenge the prosecution's case and protect your rights and freedom.
