I have been practicing law in the greater Cincinnati area for more than 5 years and have been focusing my practice in the area of Dui/Ovi.
I have taken many Ovi cases from start to finish and have received exceptional results in these matters. I have training in several important areas of Dui/Ovi that I use to the benefit of all my clients.
I have been trained in the administration of standardized field sobriety testing, as promulgated by the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), this allows me to critically analyze the tests that you are asked to perform on the side of the road and show you and ultimately the court the mistakes and missteps that the individuals administering the test have made. This helps to limit the amount of evidence, if any, that the court will allow to be considered in your case.
The benefits to my clients are clear, this limits amount of information anyone, be it the judge or the jury, is allowed to consider at a trial, if it should go that far.
I continuously take every opportunity to update my training to stay ahead of the State as they attempt to tighten the prosecution of Dui/Ovi. I attend annual training and refresher course to further benefit my clients.
